Over 35 Years of Excellence in Management & Entrepreneurship Education

With a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, Prof. Ashok Kumar Sharma has made significant contributions to the fields of management, entrepreneurship, and academic leadership. As the Former Head of the Department of Business Administration and Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, he has shaped the careers of countless students, researchers, and professionals. Prof. Sharma has authored 10 renowned books on management and computer applications and published over 30 research papers in reputed journals. Under his mentorship, 20 doctoral scholars successfully completed their PhDs. He has been invited as a keynote speaker at numerous national and international conferences, delivering impactful sessions on strategic management, entrepreneurship, and academic excellence.

He has completed advanced training at top institutions including IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur, IIFT Delhi, and MDI Gurgaon, and is a certified Business Counsellor by EDI Ahmedabad. His global exposure includes academic visits to France and Singapore, where he delivered lectures on modern management practices.
